Text: Tri-State is a licensed installer of the Perma-Liner InnerSeal lateral rehabilitation process. InnerSeal repairs the lateral to main connection and the lateral line with a structural water tight cured in place "T" fitting and liner. The system is a no dig trenchless technology that is remotely robotically installed from the main sewer line. The liner length is variable to the customers needs.
